Gallery, Fabrication Studio, Workspace, and Artist Studios

A conversion of a historic theater in downtown Newburgh into an art gallery, studios, workshop, and coworking space keeps the spectator experience, setting up spaces of viewing through the project. Services stack along one side to support the largest flexible space. The ground floor splits into two exposing the workshop to the gallery under a balcony and catwalk overlook. Coworking and studios provide additional artist support.
